How global is your school? Read through the four domains of action for global schools and try to connect them to your own school's current offerings. What type of global lens is applied to curriculum offerings? Do institutional practices and statements reflect a global mission and vision? Is staff encouraged to develop their global awareness and learn best practices for implementing global competency strategies? Is there evidence of global values in the school culture? Are all voices heard and represented?

After you have read through the elements of a global school, determine your school's current level. Is your school strong in one or more domains but lacking in others? Use the exemplary practices to help develop an action plan for you and your school.
